For me, home is: Beijing, China

Prior degree(s): BA in Molecular and Cell Biology, UC Berkeley

Research experience before PiN: In Yvette Fisher's Lab at UC Berkeley, I studied neural circuit mechanisms underlying navigational processing in Drosophila. By mapping endogenous receptor localization and integrating these data with connectomic analyses, I investigated how glutamatergic recurrent connectivity can shape activity within the head-direction network.

Current research interests: Molecular mechanisms underlying behaviors.

Interests outside lab: piano, violin, Kpop
