Research experience before PiN: Undergraduate research studying the origins of an illusory perceptual response in fruit flies (Damon Clark Lab, Yale University). Summer research investigating the spontaneous organization of dissociated neuronal cultures using a microelectrode array system (Michael Levin Lab, Tufts University).

Current research interests: Investigating how biological systems organize to support diverse computations. Specific interests include comp neuro, biophysics, development, and plasticity.
