Research experience before PiN: I studied prosocial behavior in rats in the Kaufer Lab at UC Berkeley and ventral hippocampal circuits for emotion in the Kheirbek Lab at UCSF
Current research interests: I'm currently in the Orefice Lab, where I study how altered somatosensory processing in Autism Spectrum Disorder leads to changes in circuits for social behavior.
Interests outside lab / favorite hangouts: I love dancing (mostly ballet), trying new restaurants, and hanging out with friends. If I'm not in lab, you're likely to find me outdoors, doing things like biking or hiking.
