Research experience before PiN: Studied activity patterns of cortico-basal ganglia system in response to subthalamic nucleus (STN) deep brain stimulation in mice. Explored single-neuron representation within the STN using in vivo calcium imaging. (Yu-Wei Wu’s lab, Academia Sinica, Taiwan)
Current research interests: Systems neuroscience. Neural dynamics encoding motor and cognitive behaviors.
Interests outside lab: guitar, badminton, reading, traveling, board games
