For me, home is: Ottawa, Canada

Prior degree(s): BSc. in Neuroscience at McGill University

Research experience before PiN: I’ve investigated lysosomal dysfunction in Alzheimer’s Disease in the lab of Dr. Lisa Munter at McGill. I was also team lead for the McGill iGEM synthetic biology research team.

Current research interests: I’m really fascinated by the molecular and cellular basis of brain aging, particularly glia-neuron interactions. I’m excited to use synthetic biology tools to help answer these questions!

Interests outside lab: Hockey, cycling, traveling and hiking, community STEM outreach, and cooking!
