**Research experience before PiN:** Automated segmentation and expedited proofreading workflows/tools for connectomics (Dr. George Spirou, USF); Evolutionary neural architecture search for spiking neural networks (Dr. Ankur Mali, USF); Neuromodulation inspired ANN conditioning for reinforcement learning tasks (Dr. Tony Zador, CSHL)

**Current research interests:** Computational & theoretical neuroscience, neural circuit organization, neural representations, decision-making, connectomics
