**Research experience before PiN:** Imposed biological constraints (dendritic morphology, synaptic sparsity, nonlinear synaptic integration) on artificial neural networks to investigate how they limit or enhance computation.

**Current research interests:** representational geometry, reinforcement learning, credit assignment, cell-type specificity, neuromodulation
