**Prior degree(s):** BA Double Major in Molecular & Cell Biology and Data Science (UC Berkeley)

**Research experience before PiN:** Undergraduate research studying the growth and pathogenesis of Listeria monocytogenes (Portnoy Lab, UC Berkeley). Research as a lab technician investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying neurovascular coupling, the rapid redirection of blood flow to active regions of the brain (Gu lab, Harvard Medical School).

**Current research interests:** Molecular neurobiology

**Interests outside lab:** Lifting, reading, plants, coffee
