**Prior degree(s):** M.S. in Life Science, National Taiwan University

**Research experience before PiN:** Studied activity patterns of cortico-basal ganglia system in response to subthalamic nucleus (STN) deep brain stimulation in mice. Explored single-neuron representation within the STN using in vivo calcium imaging. (Yu-Wei Wu’s lab, Academia Sinica, Taiwan)

**Current research interests:** Systems neuroscience. Neural dynamics encoding motor and cognitive behaviors.

**Interests outside lab:** guitar, badminton, reading, traveling, board games
