**Prior degree(s):** B.A. Biochemistry, Neurobiology, Physics, and Gender, Sexuality & Women’s Studies; M.S. Chemistry, University of Pennsylvania | M.D. Candidate, HMS

**Research experience before PiN:** In the Thaiss Lab at the University of Pennsylvania, I studied how aging and Long COVID alter microbiome-host interactions and gut–brain communication. At HMS in the Rao Lab at BCH, I investigated how hyperandrogenism in PCOS impacts gastrointestinal physiology and enteric nervous system function.

**Current research interests:** Neuroimmunology, Gut-Brain Axis

**Interests outside lab:** Powerlifting, Fragrance Collecting, Baking, Reading, Houseplants
