**For me, home is:** Ottawa, Canada

**Prior degree(s):** BSc. in Neuroscience at McGill University

**Research experience before PiN:** I’ve investigated lysosomal dysfunction in Alzheimer’s Disease in the lab of Dr. Lisa Munter at McGill. I was also team lead for the McGill iGEM synthetic biology research team.

**Current research interests:** I’m really fascinated by the molecular and cellular basis of brain aging, particularly glia-neuron interactions. I’m excited to use synthetic biology tools to help answer these questions!

**Interests outside lab:** Hockey, cycling, traveling and hiking, community STEM outreach, and cooking!
