The PhD Program in Neuroscience at Harvard University benefits from the oversight and resources of administrative teams across the University. PiN students are served by offices within the [Faculty of Arts & Sciences](https://www.fas.harvard.edu/) in Cambridge and by offices at [Harvard Medical School](https://hms.harvard.edu/) in Longwood in addition to the [affiliate institutions](https://hms.harvard.edu/about-hms/hms-affiliates) that house their rotation and dissertation labs. Admissions, financial aid, and student services are administered by the [Harvard Kenneth C. Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences](https://gsas.harvard.edu/) in collaboration with the [HMS Office for Graduate Education PhD Programs](https://ogephd.hms.harvard.edu/contact-us) student affairs and finance teams. The [FAS Registrar](https://registrar.fas.harvard.edu/) manages students records and enrollment. The [PiN administrator](mailto:///susan_jackson@hms.harvard.edu) provides a first point of contact for students to help streamline administrative procedures and connect students to resources across the University. The [PiN leadership team](/about/program-leadership) works very closely with students and faculty to ensure every student receives the programmatic support they need in order to realize their personal and professional goals as they progress through their PhD.
