# Administrative Structure ## expand\_more The PhD Program in Neuroscience at Harvard University benefits from the oversight and resources of administrative teams across the University. PiN students are served by offices within the [Faculty of Arts & Sciences](https://www.fas.harvard.edu/) in Cambridge and by offices at [Harvard Medical School](https://hms.harvard.edu/) in Longwood in addition to the [affiliate institutions](https://hms.harvard.edu/about-hms/hms-affiliates) that house their rotation and dissertation labs. Admissions, financial aid, and student services are administered by the [Harvard Kenneth C. Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences](https://gsas.harvard.edu/) in collaboration with the [HMS Office for Graduate Education PhD Programs](https://ogephd.hms.harvard.edu/contact-us) student affairs and finance teams. The [FAS Registrar](https://registrar.fas.harvard.edu/) manages students records and enrollment. The [PiN administrator](mailto:///susan_jackson@hms.harvard.edu) provides a first point of contact for students to help streamline administrative procedures and connect students to resources across the University.
